On Sunday, September 22, the Armstrong Institute of Biblical Archaeology, the Armstrong International Cultural Foundation, the Israel Museum–Jerusalem and the Israel Antiquities Authority held an event at Armstrong Auditorium in Oklahoma to celebrate the arrival of the world-famous Tel Dan Stele. The keynote address was given by best-selling author and award-winning filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza.
The Tel Dan Stele is arguably the most important artifact ever discovered in the world of biblical archaeology, containing the earliest mention of King David and dates from the ninth century B.C.E.
The archaeological artifact is now on display and available for viewing from November 25 at Armstrong Auditorium on the campus of Herbert W. Armstrong College in Edmond, Oklahoma.
