Uncovering Shiloh at the Time of the Tabernacle

An interview with excavation director Dr. Scott Stripling

The excavations at Tel Shiloh are the largest yearly archaeological expedition in Israel. This summer, excavation director Dr. Scott Stripling and his team are busy making discoveries related to ancient Israel’s time at the site. These include a structure that could be the foundation of the ancient Israelite tabernacle, the city gate where the high priest Eli died, and other features related to Israel’s worship at the site.

This week, host Brent Nagtegaal sat with Dr. Stripling at ancient Shiloh to discuss these monumental discoveries and more.
